JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

(2.) Heard Sri M.V.V. Baswa Raj, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri A. Jagan, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, appearing for the respondents. Perused the material on record.

(3.) Brief facts of the case are that the 1st petitioner is a member of the Toddy Tappers Co-operative Society, Mahabubnagar Group, since the past 30 years. There are several other members in the said Society, out of whom, S. Naresh Kumar Goud, R. Sharath Babu Goud, Gajagani Srinivas Goud, G. Ramulu Goud, and V. Prathap Goud are also members. The aforesaid persons are not residing within the territory of the Toddy Tappers Co-operative Society, Mahabubnagar Group, and S. Naresh Kumar Goud is also a member of the Toddy Tappers Co-operative Society, Kosgi, while V. Prathap Goud is also a member of the Toddy Tappers Co-operative Society, Zamisthanpur Village.
