JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dtd. 2/9/2024, passed by XVII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in I.A.No.599 of 2024 in O.S.No.100 of 2024.

(2.) Heard Sri K.K.Waghray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Y.Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent. For convenience, the parties are referred to as they are arrayed before the trial Court.

(3.) Brief facts of the case are that plaintiff filed the suit for cancellation of sale deed dtd. 16/11/2023 and for perpetual injunction against the defendant vide O.S.No.100 of 2024 on the file of XVII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
