JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Vivek Jain, learned counsel appears for the petitioners. Mr. Pottigari Sridhar Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader attached to the Office of the learned Advocate General appears for the State.

(2.) With the consent of the parties, the matters are heard finally.

(3.) The common issue is with regard to the notice issued to the petitioners under Sec. 23 of the Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). Therefore, the Writ Petitions are heard together and are being decided by this common order.
