(1.) Heard Sri.Mayur Reddy, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
