JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. A. Venkatesh, learned Senior Counsel represents Mr. Pasham Mohith, learned counsel for the appellants.

(2.) With the consent of the learned Senior Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

(3.) This intra court appeal emanates from an interim order dtd. 28/12/2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in Writ Petition No.34681 of 2023 by which the learned Single Judge has suspended the validity of the certificate issued by Central Board of Film Certification for releasing the movie 'VYUHAM' and has further directed respondent Nos.2 to 5 to place the original record in respect of certificate submitted by appellant No.2 before the Court and has posted the matter for further orders on 11/1/2024.
