JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy has addressed a letter dtd. 17/9/2024 which was numbered as R.T.No.2 of 2024 for confirmation of the death sentence passed in POCSO SC No.10 of 2024 on the file of Fast Track Special Court for Expeditious Trial and Disposal of Rape and POCSO Act Cases, Sangareddy.

(2.) Criminal Appeal No.1008 of 2024 is filed by the legal aid counsel questioning the conviction and death penalty recorded by the Special Court vide judgment in POCSO SC No.10 of 2024 dtd. 11/9/2024.
