JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr J.Devender, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr D.Balakishan Rao, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1/ TSPSC and learned Government Pleader for Services III.

(2.) This Writ Petition is filed to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the claim of the petitioner for selection and appointment to the post of Veterinary Assistant pursuant to the notification No.30 of 2017 as per his merit on par with others with all consequential benefits.
