JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

(2.) Heard Sri P.Vishnu Vardhana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the record.

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings, dtd. 25/11/2023, issued by respondent No.3 suspending licence No.22, dtd. 27/3/2015, of Toddy Shop of Shahinayat Gunj, premises bearing No.14/1/543/3, Kamatipura, Mangalhat Road, Hyderabad, on the ground of Adulteration of Toddy with 'Alprazolam'.
