JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Docket Order dt.10/11/2022 passed in O.S.No.328 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Medchal.

(2.) Heard Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned Senior Counsel, representing Sri N.Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri Sunil B.Ganu, learned Senior Counsel, representing Sri M.Dinesh Goud, learned counsel for the respondents, and perused the record.

(3.) The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for cancellation of General Power of Attorney (GPA) bearing No.1541/BK-IV/1990 dt.9/8/1990 and other consequential reliefs.
