JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. T. Niranjan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr. Vimal Varma Vasireddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. N. Nagendran learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 and Mr. Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.

(2.) The present writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in issuing a Look Out Circular (hereinafter referred to as 'LOC') against the petitioner herein as illegal and contrary to law. A consequent direction is also sought to withdraw the LOC issued against the petitioner.
