JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:

(2.) Heard Sri. J. Sudheer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. D. Balakishan Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 Commission.

(3.) Brief facts of the case are that pursuant to the notification vide No.18/2011 dt.28/11/2011 issued by the 1st respondent calling for applications from eligible candidates to apply for the posts under Group-I services. The petitioner applied for the same and appeared for the preliminary examination conducted by the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and cleared the same. The petitioner appeared in the written/main examination conducted by the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Public Service. However due to various reasons and the bifurcation of the erstwhile State of Andhra Pradesh, the written examination was conducted afresh by the Telangana State Public Service Commission from 14/9/2016 to 24/9/2016 and the petitioner appeared for the same.
