JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed for the following relief;

(2.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in WP.No.8733 of 2022 dt. 17/2/2022, and hence similar order may be passed.

(3.) Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent does not dispute the same and seeks to dispose of the writ petition.
