JUDGEMENT

(1.) This common order disposes of all the appeals.

(2.) Some of the appeals are filed by the Government aggrieved by the enhancement of compensation by the Reference Court, and other appeals are filed by the claimants seeking further enhancement, over and above the compensation enhanced by the Reference Court.

(3.) All these appeal arises out of common notification under which the lands were acquired.
