JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dt.5/12/2018 passed in IA.No.1027 of 2018 in OS.No.411 of 2012 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

(2.) This application in IA.No.1027 of 2018 was filed under Order-VII, Rule-14(3), read with Sec. 151 of Civil Procedure Code (for short 'CPC') for receiving the documents in evidence on behalf of plaintiff.
