JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two Writ Appeals are filed aggrieved by the order passed in W.P.No.947 of 2020 dt.4/9/2020.

(2.) Heard the learned Advocate General appearing for the appellant in W.A.No.465 of 2020 and Sri Ch. Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the appellant in W.A.No.58 of 2021 and Sri J.R.Manohar Rao, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in both the Writ Appeals.
