JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. Mounika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P. Prakash Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dtd. 28/4/2022 issued by the Advocate Commissioner to take over physical possession of the schedule property on or before 18/5/2022 in execution of the warrant.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Advocate Commissioner did not take over physical possession of the schedule property on 18/5/2022, the same may be taken over at any moment.
