JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed for the following relief;

(2.) Heard learned counsel for petitioner who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dtd. 15/2/2022 passed by this Court in WP.No.8410 of 2022.

(3.) The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for 1st respondent and Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing counsel for 2nd respondent- University.
