JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two appeals are arising out of the common order and the parties in these two appeals are one and the same, they are heard together and are being disposed of by this common Judgment.

(2.) The present appeals are arising out of a common order dated 27.12.2019 passed in I.A.No.754 of 2019 and I.A.No.755 of 2019 in C.O.S.No.43 of 2019, by the Court of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge - cum - Commercial Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

(3.) For the purpose of convenience, the parties are referred to as they are arrayed in the Court below.
