JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail. The petitioner is Accused No.6 in S.C.No.291 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar. The offences alleged against the petitioner herein/A.6 are under Sections 120-B, 341, 302, 201 and 109 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') .

(2.) Heard Mr. Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr. D.B.Chaitanya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner - A.6 and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.
