JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.845 of 2020 pending on the file of the XXII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad. at Medchal.

(2.) The petitioners herein are accused Nos.1 and 3 to 5 in the said C.C. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 420 and 406 read with 34 of IPC.
