JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer sought in the writ petition reads as under:

(2.) Heard Sri N. Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture and Cooperation.

(3.) Petitioner - company claims to be in the business of manufacturing bio-agro products in the name of KOTA AGRI INPUTS by obtaining valid approvals from the respondents for manufacture, sale and distribution of several agro products mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. According to petitioner, bio-products manufactured and distributed by the petitioner - company are very much useful in processing of agriculture and products manufactured by petitioner - company are not having insecticides and are not pesticides.
