JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.977 of 2020 dated 15.11.2020 on the file of Vanastalipuram Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, wherein the petitioner herein is arrayed as the sole accused.

(2.) With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the criminal petition is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing in the virtual Court today, i.e. 08.01.2021.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 - State and perused the material placed on record.
