JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is defendant no.2 in O.S.No.952 of 2014 on the file of XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad filed by one Sahebzadi Mubarak Begum.

(2.) To understand the contest for filing of this Writ Petition, it is necessary to refer to background facts relating to the suit O.S.No.952 of 2014.

(3.) One Sahebzadi Mubarak Begum had filed the said suit against 8 defendants, and the 18th respondent herein is impleaded as 8th defendant in the above suit.
