JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the records relating to and in connection with Crime No.342 of 2020 pending on the file of Chatrinaka Police Station, Hyderabad City, and consequently stay all further proceedings including arrest of the petitioner in the said crime.

(2.) The petitioner herein is A.2 in the above crime. The offences alleged against the petitioner is under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
