(1.) Regard being had to the controversy involved in the aforesaid cases, they were heard together and are being decided by a common order.

(3.) W.P.No.26685 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner who has appeared in the examination conducted for the post of Junior Civil Judge by virtue of a Notification dated 08.03.2019 claiming appointment to the post of Junior Civil Judge by virtue of inclusion in the provisional select list.
