JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner had studied Intermediate course and had appeared in NEET 2020 Entrance Examination held on 13.09.2020. Results were declared on 16.10.2020.

(2.) According to the petitioner, she secured 354 out of 720 marks and rank of 243297 and category rank of 84546.

(3.) The petitioner contends that when she checked the result on 29.10.2020 to download the same by applying for counselling for admission into MBBS course, she found that the rank and marks were tampered and manipulated, that the marks were shown as 25 out of 720 and the rank shown was 1294601 and category rank as 575491.
