The petitioners before this Court have filed the present writ petition being aggrieved by order dated 11.10.2002 passed in O.A.No.1531 of 1997 with V.M.A.No.768 of 1997, O.A.No.5587 of 1997 and O.A.No.6141 of 1997 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad dismissing the Original Applications and vacating the interim order dated 10.04.1997.
