JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner is accused No.1 in Crime No.60 of 2021 pending on the file of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District. The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 420 IPC.

(2.) Heard Mr.P. Ravi Shanker, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent. Perused the record.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is that he has obtained mortgage loan and he along with other accused created fake documents.
