JUDGEMENT

(1.) This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.591 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Zaheerabad. The said F.C.O.P.No.591 of 2020 was filed by the husband under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking divorce by dissolution of marriage.

(2.) On notice having been issued, Sri K. Gani Reddy, learned counsel, filed vakalat on behalf of respondent-husband.

(3.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsels submitted that the parties to the proceedings have arrived at a compromise and accordingly the compromise has been reduced into writing on 29.04.2021, and a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 29.04.2021 is placed before this Court by way of a Joint Memo filed by the counsel for the petitioner and respondent. In terms of the compromise, certain financial arrangement have been arrived at between the parties, and further both the parties have mutually agreed to part ways amicably to enable them to lead their lives separately and independently. In those circumstances, both the learned counsels pray this Court to give a direction to the Family Court at L.B.Nagar to pass appropriate orders granting divorce in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding arrived at between the parties.
