JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dt.3/3/2020 passed in Interlocutory Application No.425 of 2019 in Original Suit No.113 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, at Mahabubnagar.

(2.) The appellants herein are defendant nos.3 to 5 and 7 and 8.

(3.) The respondents 1 &2/plaintiffs and the respondent no.3/Defendant no.1 are children of Seetya.
