(1.) This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

(2.) Heard Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

(3.) It has been contended by the petitioners that they are all working in Bhadradri Kothagudem District and they all belong to Scheduled Tribes of Agency Area.
