JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for appellants filed I.A.No.1 of 2020 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal in view of compromise said to have been entered into between the parties along with Memorandum of Understanding dt.27-08-2020.

(2.) Granting permission as sought, I.A.No.1 of 2020 is allowed. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

(3.) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
