JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for M/s. Bharadwaj Associates for the appellants, Sri A. Ushi Reddy, learned counsel for the 4th respondent. None appears for respondents 1 and 2 though one Siva Ramakrishna Prasad, learned counsel filed appearance on their behalf.

(2.) A Memo dt.17.11.2016 had been filed by the appellants stating that they are giving up the Appeal as regards the 3rd respondent and to dismiss the Appeal as against the 3rd respondent.

(3.) The appellants are plaintiffs in O.S.No.765 of 2013 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.
