JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

(2.) The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not considering the request of the petitioner for conversion of his vehicle Maxi Cab bearing No.TS 12 UC 9817 from Transport to Non-transport under Section 47 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

(3.) The learned Government Pleader for Transport submits that without making necessary application for conversion of the vehicle Maxi Cab bearing No.TS 12 UC 9817 from Transport to Non-transport, the petitioner straight away filed the present Writ Petition.
