JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Criminal Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.53 of 2020 of Kotapalli Police Station, Ramagundam District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of I.P.C.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has nothing to do with the offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner and that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed in the event of his enlargement on anticipatory bail.
