This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, seeking the following relief To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondents herein, particularly 2nd and 3rd respondents, despite petitioners herein filed the ROR Revision Case No.F2/1419/2020, along with I.A.s on 20.05.2020, before the 3rd respondent against the impugned proceedings of the 5th respondent in Vide Proceedings No.B/871/2015, dated 06.03.2017, neither disposing or taken up the ROR Revision Case No.F2/1419/2020 along with IAs before the 3rd respondent and same is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the provisions of T.S.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and violative of Article 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein forthwith to dispose of the ROR Revision main case, i.e., Case No.F2/1419/2020 or its IAs which is pending before the 3rd respondent and to grant such other order or orders...."
(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the petitioners filed a RoR Revision Petition under Section 9 of the T.S.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, read with Rule 23 of the T.S. RoR Land and Pattadar Pass book Rules, 1989, against the mutation proceedings No.B/871/2015, dated 06.03.2017, issued by the 5th respondent herein, before the 3rd respondent-Joint Collector, Suryapet District, on 20.05.2020. The said revision petition has not been disposed of yet and requested this Court to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to dispose of the subject ROR Revision No.F2/1419/2020 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent, expeditiously.
