JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-1 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.228 of 2020 of Bhongir Rural Police Station, Rachakonda, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 504 of I.P.C. and Section 3 (1) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed in the event of his enlargement on anticipatory bail.
