JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner herein is sole accused in Crime No.187 of 2020 on the file of Jagatgirigutta Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 306 IPC.

(2.) Heard Sri V.Harnoor, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the record.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner herein is that the deceased and the petitioner herein are relatives. The deceased has joined the petitioner to do Centring work. The petitioner has paid an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards advance to the deceased since he is working with the petitioner herein.
