JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants Mr. N.K. Rastogi and learned counsel for the respondent.

(2.) Perused the judgment of the learned trial court decreeing the suit and judgment passed by the learned first appellate court affirming the said judgment.

(3.) In my considered opinion, the controversy involved in the present second appeal is concluded by concurrent findings of fact recorded by both the courts-below and no substantial question of law is involved in it, therefore, it is liable to be dismissed summarily.
