JUDGEMENT

(1.) By the above-mentioned judgment, the appellant-Anada Singh was convicted under sections 394, 397, 398 Sr 302. of the Penal Code and he was sentenced to various terms, as given below : <FRM>JUDGEMENT_49_LAWS(RAJ)10_1999_1.html</FRM>

(2.) The co-accused-Ali was acquitted of the charge under section 412 of the IPC. Anada Singh has filed the jail appeal against his conviction as well as sentence.
