(1.) Heard. The petitioners are convicted persons under Section 302, IPC whose convictions have been maintained by the Supreme Court. They have come under Section 482, Cr.P.C. with the prayer that the marriage of their daughters is going to be solemnized on May 8, 1989. As such the sentences awarded to them may be suspended in order to enable them to perform the ceremonies of the marriages of their daughters.
(2.) The reasons stated by the petitioners appear to be genuine. Since the marriage of their daughters is going to take place on May 8, 1989, the prayer is allowed. The sentences awarded to them shall remain suspended for the period from 6-5-1989 to 17-5-1989; provided each of them executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,00/- together with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar (Judicial) Rajasthan High Court Bench at Jaipur. The petitioners will surrender on 18-5-1989 before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jaipur where they are under going the sentence. The Superintendent, Central Jail will send the report to this court on or before 25-5-1989 as to whether the accused petitioners Ram Dayal, Ramsya and Suwa Lal have surrendered in order to serve out the sentences awarded to them or not.
