JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON the direction of the Court, the public prosecutor accepts notice.

(2.) THIS petition is directed against the order dated 24-5-88 whereby, the application for dispensing with the personal attendance of the accused persons through the brief holder Shri Surendra Goel, Advocate was rejected and the bail bonds were forfeited and the proceedings u/s 446, Cr. P. C. were ordered to be initiated.
