JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel.

(2.) THE accused was convicted u/s 4 (2) of the Rajasthan Prohibition Act and he was released on probation provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- for keeping peace and good behaviour, for a period of two years, on appeal, by the Sessions Judge, Merta by the order dated April 23, 1986. THE accused did not furnish the bond, therefore, proceedings were initiated against him and notice was issued to him to appear before the Court. Inspite of the notice he did not appear before the Court, therefore, on 9. 1. 89 the learned Session Judge, revoked the order dated April 23, 1986, whereby he was given benefit of probation and directed that he should undergo the sentence awarded by the Munsif & Judicial Magistrate, u/s 4 (2) of the Rajasthan Prohibition Act, of six months R. I. and a fine of Rs. 200/ -. Aggrieved against the order dated 9. 189 the present application u/s 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed by the accused petitioner.
