(1.) NO . F. 1(83) Appts (A)61 Jaipur the 8th August, 62.Where as an enquiry under Rule 16 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958 is being held against the following personnel:

NOW therefore, the Governor under Rule 18 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958 hereby appoints Sbri Balwant Singh, Commissioner for Departmental Enquiries, Raj. Jaipur as Enquiry Officer to conduct a joint enquiry into the charges framed against the aforesaid personnel. The procedure prescribed in Rule 16 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958 shall be followed in the proceedings.
