JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused petitioner Ms. Kamlesh @ Kamla Devi has laid this second bail application under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C., arising out of FIR No. 108/2016, registered at Police Station Anoopgarh, District Sri Ganganagar, for offences punishable under Ss. 447, 302, 120-B IPC.

(2.) Police after investigation submitted charge-sheet in the matter for the aforesaid offences against petitioner and her other accomplish Ranjeet Ram and, at present, sessions trial is in vogue before Additional Sessions Judge, Anoopgarh, District Sri Ganganagar as Sessions Case No. 15/2016.

(3.) The first bail application at the behest of petitioner bearing No. 80/2017 was rejected on 18/1/2017.
