ASHOK KUMAR SAIN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 815/2019 Registered at Police Station Kardhani, Jaipur (West) for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that compromise has been taken place between the parties and photostat copy of which is on record. He submitted that the complainant has also filed an affidavit to the effect that he does not have any dispute with the accused-petitioner. So, nothing remains pending any dispute between them. Therefore, the accused petitioner may be released on bail.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have opposed the bail application.
