JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide this order above mentioned three appeals would be disposed of.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that appeals are liable to be dismissed in view of the fact that similar appeal (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 593/2013 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15083/2012) has been dismissed by Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 23.07.2019.
