KRITIKA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petitions have been preferred for the following reliefs:-

(2.) It is the assertion of the petitioners in para No.7 of the writ petition that on P.T. Ground, only 15-20% candidates passed whereas on the track in the Stadium Ground, 60-70% candidates could successfully complete the run. Mr. Kailash Choudhary, associate to learned Additional Advocate General, submits that the petitioners' assertion is simply based on apprehension inasmuch as result of physical efficiency test has not even been declared.

(3.) In considered opinion of this Court, there is no material or factual factual foundation in support of the averments made in para No.7 of the writ petition, particularly when the result si yet to be declared.
