JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 103/2019 was registered at Police Station Laxmangarh, District Sikar for offence under Sections 354-D, 506, 509, 201 of I.P.C. and 11/12 of POCSO Act, Sections 67-A, 67-B of I.T. Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is of threatening the daughter of complainant. Charge-sheet has been filed. Conclusion of trial will take time.
