JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.178/2019 was registered at Police Station Kherli, District Alwar for offence under Sections 323, 326, 307 of I.P.C. and Section 3/25, 5/27 of Arms Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that complainant party has entered into compromise with petitioner's son and have obtained a sum of Rs. 15 lacs from petitioner's son for treatment.
